San Carlo Suite - Lugano

I was traveling with my small child and overall it was lovely small hotel. Location: the property was just next door to the center of Lugano old Town and close cafe and Lucan centre near the lake, shops and restaurants;))

Great location with easy access to the city center and a nearby bar, Bar Bocc, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring 🍹.

The staff were accommodating and excellent all the time. The location was marvellous and awesome close to centre of town. Lugano City-Centre district was worth exploring.

This place provides complimentary drinks including coffee, tea, and milk and the rooms come with a bathroom; additionally, it boasts an excellent and convenient location within easy walking distance to a train station.

Very modern, well-equipped room with basic cooking facilities. Comfortable bed, quiet, and appreciated the air conditioning. Good contact with host. Over the top clean, new, modern, tasteful, and had many extras. Fantastic location next to designer shops. Easy to walk around Lugano. Spacious room with mini kitchen. Excellent location on shopping street.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, surrounded by designer shops and with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It was very easy to walk around and explore everything this place has to offer. The staff was very helpful and friendly, always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was always spotless and the amenities were great, with free toiletries, a kitchenette, and a flat-screen TV. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, as well as the cozy lounge area where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

The hotel is located in a prime location with several designer shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The room and bathroom are adequately clean and spacious, making it comfortable for travelers. The staff is polite and accommodating to guests' needs, making the check-in and check-out process seamless.

The breakfast spread is quite limited.

The location is great, close to all the shopping and entertainment. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The keyless access was also convenient, no need to carry around a key.

Not enough sustenance for a breakfast. , no proper lighting in the room made it difficult to see at night.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Lugano! the location is perfect, right in the center of town. It made it really easy for me to explore and enjoy all that Lugano has to offer. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. And finally, the rooms were lovely, with stylish furniture and all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast provided at the nearby snack bar was a nice touch and much appreciated.

The staff was very helpful, and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities you needed, including a coffee machine. The minibar was also a nice touch, with complimentary water and fresh juice.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of designer shops and a short walk to bars, restaurants and a stunning view of the lake. the room was comfortable and well decorated, with two extras that we appreciated: a coffee machine and a supply of cold water in the fridge. the complimentary breakfast at the snack bar down the street was a nice touch.

The check-in process was a bit confusing for us as first time users of an automatic check-in machine. the lack of instructions in our language made it a bit challenging to navigate.
